Hi.l ordered goods of £36.The money was taken out of my bank account (l used my debit card)on the 9th. March this year,immediately after ordering but no sign of my goods yet.Sent a message to them ,replied they would look into it ,no joy yet.lots of bad reports about them l only ordered as they had an M&as logo attached to their advert.l now see all the bad reports and suspect scam warnings.Why are they allowed to advertise why not blocked from Facebook.advertising under the Acuast name.l am new to online ordering being an elderly lady,it looks as if l will have learned my lesson not to bother again.
