I, somehow, was lured into attempting to make a purchase. I thought I was buying a chicken coop. Haven’t heard from anyone and it’s been almost 3 weeks.

Jeffrey; I am afraid that I have fallen for their scam too…but when I tell my bank I want to put in a claim, they refund my money if the company does not return their email…or if they cannot get them on the phone…It looks like both these attempts will not be possible, so I will get my money back…See if your bank will do that …Sandy
call the credit card company, let them know, email pravastor and demand your money back INCLUDING the foregin transaction fees – i got refunded.
Still waiting for the bargain shed I ordered. Although I received an email saying it had been “shipped” weeks ago I have not received anything to date and have not received any further communications from this company. Luckily my investment wasn’t large but I still resent being conned. Will write to correct this evaluation should my order somehow show up.

Company. I paid 79.99 for it. I was in email contact with someone who gave me a bullshit tracking number & assured it was on the way. I called post office today & they have no record of my package. They suck scammers all the way. I’m so disappointed I didn’t check b4 I ordered.
I never got my product and they said it was delivered. Seems I can’t find a ligit customer service email or number to complain or get a refund. TOTAL SCAM AND SCUMBAGS FOR ROBBING PEOPLE!
i too ordered from pravastor and admittedly i am sorely disappointed, i wanted the things i ordered (chicken coop, cat run, shed) like other posters, my order was in april, throughout i emailed the, first question was wtf – website says items ship from los angeles, tracking showed they ship from china, that is IF they ship at all, i kept emailing, got the same bs – be patient, here are the tracking numbers (which you have to translate to english from mandarin) after a month items ‘showed’ arriving in los angeles, another week they ‘showed’ delivered to me. nope, got nothing, i alerted the credit card company, then emailed pravastor told them i’d already reported them to the credit card company, said i wanted them to refund everything INCLUDING the foreign transaction fees! i THOUGHT i was ordering from things that were in the US if i knew it was from china i’d never have ordered. shockingly they refunded everything, surprised the credit card company too, but that does not make them a legitimate company, i believe this is a money laundering scheme and for people who DON’T demand their money back – they’re making money for putting up phony tracking sites and such! DON’T ORDER FROM PRAVASTOR
I ordered a cat house and recieved a horse scarf. What the hell? I should have known better. I emailed them, but have not heard back yet.
I ordered a catio June 6 and still have not received it. I was using the chat room and sent me to a technician but I had to pay $1 before I could talk to the technician. Then I noticed that this same website will charge $49 monthly for talking to a technician although I free to cancel at anytime. Yea right. They also tried to double charge me at the beginning but my bank caught it. Should have realized something then was phony. Did anyone get a refund?

Pravastor is a scam. They use a scam tracking site that says items are delivered, but they aren’t.
Then they try to say that the courier company lost the package. It’s bullshit. They’re bullshit. They need to be taken off the web.
