I have recently purchased an item from Rivewa, shortly after the purchase I realized something was not right. I then contacted my Bank and they will dispute the charge on my C.C. if it is posted. I have emailed them numerous times, but have never gotten a response.

I placed an order for a air fryer with two baskets on March 2’nd and it has not arrived yet so I believe I have been scammed. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute charge if I do not receive it by April 3’rd .

I stupidly ordered a travel suitcase that they had a video of Lori Griner from Sharktank advertising. Then I saw numerous videos on my news feed of same product by different companies. I cancelled payment altho it went thru my bank and I’m waiting for bank to clear

I ordered an item in January 2023 – still awaiting delivery! I have emailed them many times and each time they respond with “Please be patient and have a nice week”! I keep replying to their response with “REFUND MY MONEY”. I have even sent emails in standard Chinese advising them to get a decent translator as they clearly haven’t understood what I’ve asked for.
