Experience With This Lip Gloss
I got one of this city lips lip gloss and guess what? I keep waiting for this amazing plumping effect from all the “ooooh, aaaah, woooow” marketing I’ve been served up but I’m beginning to realize, after weeks of use, that it’s just never going to happen.
This gloss will seep up into little fine lines around your lips and it looks really bad. I was hoping I was going to use a product for once that lives up to it’s claim. Still though, it’s a decent lip gloss that is pretty. Just no plumping.
It is not recommended as it just doesn’t work as it claims to.
How Efficient Is City Lips?
It does not actually work as it claims, no lip plumping, no removal of wrinkles and what not.
But if you want to try it out, you can follow the instruction for its efficiencies. You apply it, wait 2-3 minutes, and then apply your regular lipstick (if desired) over it. For long-term results, you need to use it twice a day for 30 days (morning and night).
City Lips is likely to moisturize the skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles because it contains research-backed ingredients.
How To Use
- Apply a generous amount to clean and/or dry lips.
- For best results, wait 2-3 minutes before applying lip color.
- It contains questionable additive ingredients like artificial dye and a preservative.
- There is no instant plumping of the lips
However it is believed that City Lips is likely to improve skin quality and reduce wrinkles, due to the inclusion of sodium hyaluronate, but it is not recommended because of all of its additive ingredients.
