I ordered from the severcly.store before reading reviews. Bad move! I was really excited because it showed my order was to be delivered, a bird bath & a couple more yard ornaments. When I went out to the mailbox, there was no such order. Instead was a little package in the box. Upon opening I discovered a “Thank you” prize chosen for particular customers. A cheap pair of sunglasses with a $99 dollar tag on them! Attempted correspondence to the website insisted I send a picture of my “prize gift” so they could track my original package. What a joke! So, I’m without what I ordered, as well as my money. Lesson learned! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY ARE CROOKS!
I ordered 3 horse garden statues from Severecly and have not received anything but a pair of cheap sunglasses which I did not want. They appear to be a scam.

I ordered an urn planter, not from Severcly but from WHTIE Home, which I now know is a scam! I never received my product and received the same run around as noted in these comments…. By stating we show it was delivered…check with your post office, etc. they are crooks!!!!I filed a complaint with the BBB in California but I will not hold my breath in receding any communication as a result. Lesson learned! BTW the same urn I ordered is also pictured on the Severcly site!

TOTAL SCAM! Placed an order July 23, card was charged immediately, merchandise has not been received as of September 5. I received a package containing a pair of socks and a card informing me that my merchandise is “in transit”.
When I asked for confirmation of my order I was sent a fictitious tracking number, of which no known delivery service has a record. And yes, I checked!
Well your lucky I received 2 4×6 envelopes with nothing in them. I to made a large purchase through Facebook , Googled the site and it came up the same website as Facebook. So I thought it was legit. I guess live and learn if it sounds to good to be true it most likely is. No more shopping through social media again. Buyer beware .
I ordered a weather vain and garden ornament from at ABT Severcly and all I got was an empty envelope sent USPS from a 3rd party shipping partner, EC Best Service. Very disappointed. Trying to get reimbursed by VISA. Do not order from ABT Severcly, they are a SCAM!!!

Scam! Plus Facebook marketplace allows them to advertise their goods there. Double scam!
I ordered a couple of things and did receive thank you gift. Sunglasses. They told me to file a lost claim with post office. They can’t refund me because show it was delivered with fake tracking number. I told them they will be reported.

Now I know this is a SCAM after reading the comments from others that purchased from this company. I did get a pair of sunglasses which were worth nothing compaired to the 50 dollars that I spent on pots that never arrived !!
